Refund
Purchases made in the online store are final sales. Therefore, if the products are not defective, no refund will be issued.
Exchanges
Exchanges are accepted within 10 business days after receiving the product. Exchanges are only accepted for products purchased from the online store and must meet the following criteria:
- the product was purchased at full price (sale items are final sale)
- the product and its packaging are in new condition (unused or damaged)
- the product is still available for sale (not discontinued)
If the products meet the above conditions, please fill out the exchange form indicating the desired product(s) of equal value and attach the receipt and photos of the product. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the return conditions mentioned above.
Once your exchange request is accepted, you may proceed with sending your return. We will provide you with the return address to which you will be responsible for sending the product with the shipping company of your choice, and the shipping costs will be at your expense.
Please ensure that the product(s) are well protected. Any product broken or damaged during transport will not be eligible for exchange.
Once the return is received at our warehouse and inspected to our satisfaction by our team, we will proceed with sending your exchange.
Shipping fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.

In the event of breakage upon receipt of the product, please contact us for an exchange within 10 business days after receiving the order placed on our online store. Please fill out the exchange form and attach the receipt and photos of the product.

In case of address transcription error by the customer, La Luna is not responsible for the costs of reshipment to the correct address provided by the customer.
La Luna is not responsible for products lost in transit.
